Returns & Exchanges

At Zoot Sports, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. If your gear doesn't help you reach your personal best, we make the exchange and return process simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completing the online request.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
